Ma. Kahnert always asks questions to get a better understanding of how I am feeling. Her nurse is also top notch. Both delivering excellent care.

I have known her only for about 2.5 yrs as we met when I started taking my mom to her appointments. Initially I felt she was not hearing my mom and seemed hurried,didn't answer questions my mom asked clearly,didn't seem to have any empathy for a woman who in her advanced age was forgetful and had difficulty expressing her issues without my help. I felt initially that what I said didn't matter and I was not being heard. But here we are now and I think she is awesome. She listens to my mom and I and offers suggestions, provides options and is very clear with recommendations. I feel we are being heard and we don't feel rushed. She makes eye contact with us and patiently waits as my mom at times has difficulty explaining her symptoms. And I do realize that she has many patients to care for so I like to get to the point and help my mom explain her issues clearly and in a timely manner. I also go over my mom's concerns in advance BEFORE her appt so I can assist in explaining her concerns. (:

I love Ms. Kahnert. I have adrenal insufficiency, it's very rare & complicated, Pa kahnert is willing to learn whatever it takes to treat my strange condition. She always spends plenty of time talking to me during my visits.

Found her to be uncaring, cold and aloof to the needs of her patients. The level of knowledge exhibited was subpar, as was her level of experience. Unfortunately her demeanor makes her more suited to a career at Walmart than medicine.
