Very rude and condescending
Yuki is rude, doesn’t listen to chat you have to say and can demean you and you have no choice but to take it. I am always on eggshells around her and rarely talk about my feeling for fear of her changing what I say and calling me names.

It's been a long time since I've talked with Yuki, but she is an amazing, caring and very qualified LCPC who makes every effort to connect and understand on a personal level that I haven't experienced before. I felt like she really made an effort to get to the root of the issue before offering her thoughts and opinions on how to address whatever problem We were facing. I absolutely recommend her, she made a difference in my life and helped me feel like I mattered.
