Rushes, does not educate on disease process, or medication. Denies patient problems. Gaps in knowledge and does not show an ability to be patient centered. Comes off as uneducated and mean.

Doesnt listens. If I message over mychart, half of my message is ignores in her response. She blatantly ignored my pain and concerns. I was in sever hip pain, it?s probably inflammation from my arthritis, . Im trying to figure things out. Rhumatolagy is the place to do that. So I make an appointment because she cannot communicate effectively over mychart. The morning of my appointment she has the receptionist call me asking if I want to keep my appointment for than day and that Yuko only wants to send me to a pain clinic. I have been diagnosed with arthritis for over 10 years! I dont understand her blowing me off! Ive never been treated worse. I also never in my life thought I would have to go to the ER for my arthritis. The ER got me the help I need, they send a referral the orthopedics. Apparently thats too much for Yuko and her staff. Also every time I day I want to do physical therapy she never actually puts the paperwork through. She doesnt do telehealth visits. Only in person

ARNP did a great job thoroughly reviewing my medical records and x-rays, listening to my issues and concerns, and physically examining me. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and was genuinely concerned about helping me understand my diagnosis and its possible treatments, including pros and cons of each.

I would recommend Yuko to my family and friends.
