She is the literal worst. I have never had someone in the medical profession have such lacking people skills. You know that look when people look over their glasses at you like you're beneath them? That's her in a nutshell. She repeatedly argued and denied the basic facts that were discussed at length by the office manager, the pre-authorization staff, and the dr's nurse. What a waste of money and time.

I went to Yvonne to deal with my cluster headaches. Showed no interest in my detailed recordings. Tried a lidocaine intranasal procedure and sent me home without any medications. Told me to call her in a week. I had to call her the next day. She didn't promptly answer my message. After my new headache arrived, I called again. The receptionist then got ahold of her and she told me to go to emergency. Run from this one!
