Overconfident and unhelpful
I booked a Rheumatology appt at UNMH and was given an appt with Yvonne Waters. She didn’t touch me or get close to me in the visit and said she could visually diagnose me from across the room. She minimized my symptoms, told me to stay on the same medication and said I was in remission, despite my intense pain and increasing inability, without looking at my X-rays. I left and went to a clinic that actually let me see a rheumatologist instead of an RN, and I was told my disease is severe and progressing and they put me on different medication to try, since degeneration happens quickly with RA and it’s critical to find the right medication ASAP. I do not recommend Yvonne Waters for any Rheumatology patients. Very upsetting experience.
