Zaccardo Clark, NP

According to Piedmont Wellstreet, I saw Zaccardo Clark on Jan 17 for an eye infection. NOT SO!!! I saw JOE HUONG DO. Who refused to see me because of reasons unfounded. He never addressed my eyes. Instead wanted to send me to the ER for “existing conditions” that were in my file. Had he looked he would have seen that I take heart medication. When I told him I wasn't going to the emergency room he lost his temper. HIS NOTES: Patient was advised that he needs to be seen in the emergency department and patient left. THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED. He looked at my vitals only and said he was going to send me to the ER. After he lost his temper, I asked if he would look at my eye and he said NO. What was I supposed to do? I had no other option other than to leave. I was really surprised to see a bill for $320 especially when “cancelled” is on my records at Piedmont. Joe Huong DO, is very unprofessional. He and Zaccardo Clark should be pulled in for ethics and records tampering. Read Less

Left the Wellstar Urgent care this morning, scared out my mind not knowing what was wrong with me. . He showed compassion in trying to get me to calm down and even took his time to explain my symptoms and condition for me. Usually ER's or urgent care either have you waiting for years or brush your symptoms to the side like it's not that serious. Even though mine were not that serious once I found out what was wrong, his attentiveness showed that it was. I would rather come see him than my PCP

Zaccardo Clark was extremely unprofessional. I was telling him about my concerns with my illness (which he 'diagnosed' as the common cold) and he proceeded to mock me and ask rhetorical questions about the symptom chart I filled out prior to him seeing me. It was also extremely evident that he did not read my symptom chart prior to seeing me. my main concern for seeing a doctor (which he is not) was not addressed.
