Zach Norris as far as I know him as a Doctor. Is extremely willing, caring, and knowledgeable also goes beyond common DR speak when in-person to help me understand. NOT only can he answer your medical questions but will clarify why you felt you asked them in the first place. ALONG with a sense of "OH. I've known you all my life!" sense of communication. SAD a lot of his staff does not show the same passion for the practice as him.
