I've seen Dr. Z a few times over the past few years and he has helped me immensely in gaining a deeper understanding of my health and assisting me in my healing. He puts the patient in the driver set and explains exactly what is going on physiologically speaking, so you can be empowered to make the changed you need to feel better. Through his support I have grown so much in my understanding that I can make choices everyday to support myself to be well! I am eternally grateful Dr. Z:)

Dr. Z, as he calls himself, is one of the most caring physicians... and it appears there are very few who care. Dr. Z LISTENS! He really listens! And in his quiet listening, he puts the pieces of the puzzle together. And not only can he put the pieces together... he can explain it to me in language that I not only understand... Dr. Z makes it an adventure to listen to his explanation! Complete with the bleeps and pops of a stand up comedian, he explains human physiology... and I laugh!

Having had an exploitive experience with other health provider I thought I would never see another nature-path- this was a 360 degree difference, spent exceptional amount of time with me, reviewing my records and giving me practical information and suggestions for my health. There was a complete absence of officious or patronizing demeanor- I was so pleased to have been so comfortable; No time or energy spent trying to sell me anything. I finished feeling like I mattered.

Dr. Z is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and thorough. I am switching to him for primary care. I have learned so much about my own health and how to naturally care for myself. Dr. Z is the best doctor I have seen.
