I saw FNP Yach today for a large boil on the back of my neck which I suspect was caused by an insect bite. Ms. Yach was very professional explaining everything she wanted to do in detail and making sure I was completely informed. She answered all my questions thoroughly then performed a painless procedure to relieve pressure in the boil. Throughout the procedure she made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She went over all of my followup care and explained all medications. A+ thank you!
