Zarah Kushner has been instrumental in helping me find peace with who I am and where I am in life. Her approach has been very open and results driven. My successes have been celebrated, my failures have been redirected into positive energy for change.

Zarah is incredible. She is patient, smart, never judgmental or domineering, meets you where you are at, and has a wide toolbox to help you find approaches that fit your wants and needs. She adopts creative approaches as well and is very flexible. I never found therapy helpful before I started working with Zarah. My anxiety has greatly improved and I recommend her to everyone. She is also super queer friendly!

I have been suffering severe PTSD for four and a half years on account of Zarah's misogynistic/dominating/abusive verbal behavior paired with the severe bodily injury I sustain(ed). Zarah 1) always had to be right 2) talked over me when I brought my female reality to their attention 3) became annoyed and controlling when challenged 4) nothing was ever their fault/they could do no wrong in their own eyes 5) severely lacked empathy for me 6) gaslighted me intensely. Zarah has provided exceptional care from the first appointment. She listens intently to all of my concerns and has exceptional insight. I feel understood each time I leave and know that I can trust her recommendations. she considers my comfort level when recommending a new med and works with me to find a treatment plan. She's easy to contact ICE and follows up w/ patients. I've seen several psychiatrists and Zarah is without a doubt the most thoughtful and intelligent provider I've worked with.
