Zoie Phillips, PA-C

I am a new patient to PIM and it was so easy to have a video appointment with Zoie! All I had to do was click on the link for the Zoom meeting and I could see her face and speak to her honestly. She was very approachable, actually listened to what my goals are, and she explained everything very clearly. She was even able to show her computer screen through Zoom, so I could see the plan that we developed together and where to find it later that day. I didn’t even have to write anything down since she typed it all in my note and I could print it from the electronic portal later. So organized and so much easier! This doesn’t seem like a conventional medical office because they spent so much time with me.

Zoie is very knowledgeable about the most current medical information. She empowers me by discussing my test results and treatment plan in a way that I can understand and also explains the reasons behind her recommendations. She is a clear and concise communicator. I appreciate that treatment with her is collaborative and she respects my feedback on my treatment plan and adjusts it accordingly. She is simply brilliant. Since seeing Zoie, my hormone and GI symptoms have greatly improved.
