Biography: JamesWitten, Jr., MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pulmonologist withLewisGale Physicians serving patients in Salem and Giles, Virginia, and thesurrounding community. Dr. Witten earned his Doctor of Medicine from theMedical College of Virginia and completed his residency training at Universityof Maryland Hospital in Baltimore. He then went on to fulfill a fellowship inpulmonary disease with the Medical College of Virginia Veteran'sAdministration. Prior to his medical training, Dr. Witten earned a Bachelor ofScience in Math from Randolph-Macon College.
