Biography: I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with over 8 years of clinical experience. My primary work has been with individuals struggling with substance use and the wide range of emotional, relational, and physical issues that accompany addiction. I have worked with individuals with histories of complex trauma, including intergenerational trauma and childhood attachment issues. I also have experience in treating mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bi-polar disorders, as well as a variety of personality disorders. I've been a therapist in private practice, a clinician in an agency, a social worker in a high school, a clinical supervisor and Director in a program.
