Biography: I have been in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 20 years. I have worked with clients with a variety of needs ranging from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and substance abuse issues. I work with adolescent and adult populations. My therapy approach is Family Therapy, Cognitive , Solution Focus Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing .
