Biography: Hello. I'm so glad you're taking the first step to getting support! Life can be challenging and it helps to have someone navigate it with us. I am an LMFT in California that has worked in numerous settings with diverse populations so all are welcome. I have experience in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, addictive behaviors, low self esteem and ADHD as well as cope with life changes, chronic illness and grief & loss. Artists, those with ADHD or HSP, folks in recovery and people living non-traditional lifestyles are particularly welcome. Biography: Welcome! My name is Gina, and I am a licensed MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of California. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my masters in counseling in 2017. I have over four years of providing psychotherapy services, and I specialize in working with adults with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and substance abuse. My therapy style has been described by others as gentle, patient, sensitive, and authentic. I want you to know that you are not alone and that I will provide you with a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
