Biography: Dr. Sajja is board certified in internal medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and nuclear cardiology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. Dr. Sajja completed his internal medicine internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann University and his residency at Drexel University. He also completed a fellowship inCardiovascular Diseaseat West Virginia University.His special interests include coronary artery disease, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr. Sajja joined Wellstar Medical Group, Cardiovascular Medicine in April 2009. He is currently on staff at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Dr. Sajja is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is fluent in Telugu.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Verstraete has always had an interest in learning how things work. Throughout high school, she became more interested in human bodies and their function. Working in family medicine, she gets to see a little bit of everything. &#8220Each day brings a unique challenge, but I also get to know my patients and see them over the course of their life.&#8221 Dr. Verstraete enjoys being able to follow patients through their health journey, whether that be a few months or many years &#8211 getting to help them gradually improve their health.In her spare time, Dr. Verstraete enjoys hiking, bicycling, knitting and gardening.&#8220I want to help each of my patients be as healthy as they can possibly be! Working with each patient to find the best solution(s) for their health concerns is so fulfilling. Care Philosophy: Greg Westwood, MD, PhD, is board-certified in family medicine and serves as the medical director for UF Health Family Medicine '?? Old Town. Dr. Westwood received his medical degree from SABA University and completed his family medicine residency at UF College of Medicine. Dr. Westwood chose to pursue family medicine because of the diversity of patients, pathologies, and career opportunities found only in this specialty. He also has his PhD in microbiology and cell science from UF. He worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at Duke University Medical Center, department of pathology. He has several publications from this experience and his most recent one on the role of mast cells in inflammatory bowel disease and inflammation-associated Colorectal neoplasia.
