Care Philosophy: "Welcome! I hold a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics. Alongside being a registered dietitian, I am a certified yoga instructor. My background in nutrition and yoga allows me to take a very holistic and individualized approach to therapy. My philosophy is to encompass the whole person (mind and body) and within my treatment modality. I am here to support and empower you with the utmost empathy and compassion on your journey to figuring out and treating the root cause of your health issues!"

Care Philosophy: "Kristy Thomas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Kristy specializes in diabetes, weight management, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders with a special interest in bowel resections after colon cancer."

Care Philosophy: "I start with connection. I listen to what your current lifestyle is, what's important to you, and then we work together to figure out how to get there, based on your priorities. I come with 20+ years of diverse community and hospital-based practice. We will discuss a lot of things, giving you plenty of options of how to get to your goals, but remember, with my practice, you are in the driver's seat."
