Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL.
