Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor received other numerous honors and awards during her medical school and undergraduate education. She joined the Premier Physician Network, The Pediatric Group in 2003.

He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association.
