Biography: Dr. Kimberly Morel is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics at Columbia University Medical Center. She joined the staff of NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in 2003. Dr. Morel received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, New York. She completed her residency training in both Pediatrics and Dermatology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University and was a fellow in Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatology at the Children's Hospital, San Diego, University of California, San Diego. She is board certified in Pediatrics, Dermatology as well as Pediatric Dermatology. Dr. Morel directs the Pediatric Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) Interdisciplinary Clinic at Columbia. The EB Clinic, which was initiated by Dr. Morel in June 2007, provides comprehensive outpatient consultation, consisting of various sub-specialists, such as dermatologists, occupational and physical tharapists, nutritionists, and social workers, who have expertise in treating the multiple aspects of EB. She is a also a member of the Vascular Anomalies Clinic (VAC) and the Pediatric Cutaneous Oncology Clinic (PCOC). Dr. Morel performs pulsed dye laser therapy for vascular birthmarks. She is the author of several articles and book chapters regarding skin conditions in pediatric patients. Dr. Morel is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Biography: Dr. Mervat Nassef is a Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC). She received her B.A., magna cum laude, and her MD at New York University. She went on to do her residency in Pediatrics at the New York University Medical Center, and her fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons. After fellowship, she spent 2 years in Hong Kong where she was involved in teaching medical residents about allergies and asthma. Upon her return to New York, she joined the faculty of the Allergy & Immunology Division at CUMC. Her goal is to provide the highest quality, individualized patient care. She has a special interest in food allergies, environmental allergies and asthma. She was selected to Chair the ACAAI Education Council, a top-level leadership role in which she is led the development of the Education Strategy of the College and overseeing its implementation. She has helped develop educational resources for physicians worldwide. She volunteers her time by conducting free asthma screenings in her local community. She was chosen as one of The New York Times Magazine Top Doctors every year since 2012. She received the ACAAI Woman in Allergy Award in 2021 and the Castle Connolly's Exceptional Women in Medicine award in 2023.

Biography: Maria Garzon, M.D. is Professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (VP&S) and the Director of the Division of Pediatric Dermatology at NYP Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. With a significant body of published research, leadership and teaching experience, Dr. Garzon is an internationally recognized leader in pediatric dermatology. She is a leading expert on the care of children and adolescents with vascular anomalies, particularly hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Biography: Stephanie M Gallitano, MD, joined the faculty of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University and the staff of NewYork-Presbyterian in 2017. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology, Director of Milstein and Allen Hospital Inpatient Consultation, and Dermatology Residency Program Director. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her medical internship at New York University Hospital and completed her Dermatology residency at SUNY-Downstate where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Gallitano's unique areas of interest include treating patients with dermatologic conditions related to their history of solid organ transplantation, cancer-treatment-related skin reactions, skin reactions that occur during hospitalization, and autoimmune/autoinflammatory skin disease. She enjoys caring for patients with cutaneous skin infections or skin diseases related to immunosuppression. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues throughout the institution to provide multidisciplinary care that results in optimal outcomes for patients. She is happiest when her patients get better. In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Gallitano enjoys teaching residents during clinic, didactics and bedside rounds. Biography: Dr. Coromilas graduated cum laude from Columbia College, Columbia University and earned her medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society and The Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS). She specializes in providing care for patients with complex medical dermatologic conditions such as granulomatous skin conditions, hidradenitis suppurativa, cutaneous complications of inflammatory bowel disease, pyoderma gangrenosum, and autoimmune conditions of the skin such as lupus, dermatomyositis, and autoimmune blistering disorders. She has an interest in caring for patients with cutaneous adverse effects of oncologic therapy including immune related adverse events due to immune checkpoint inhibitors.
