She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed through the State of Florida Board of Medicine. She specializes in dermatology, including the diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair and nail disorders in all age groups, and skin cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Tiffany is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

He is licensed in both New Jersey and New York; Dr. Goykhman completed Internal Medicine Residency at Easton Hospital. Fellowship was completed in NYU and Creighton University.
