Biography: Wigberto Soto, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecology (OB-GYN) with Women™s Specialists of Clear Lake in Webster, Texas. Dr. Soto earned his bachelor of arts in biology, and went on to complete his doctorate at University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Soto then finished his internship and residency at San Juan City Hospital. Dr. Soto is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ABOG).
