Care Philosophy: Roda Scego, CNM, ARNP, DNP, is a certified nurse midwife who cares for women from adolescence to menopause, as well as infants up to one month of age. She has more than 15 years of labor and delivery experience. Roda works in partnership with her patients to ensure their health and safety while providing culturally competent care. She finds it personally gratifying to support women during pregnancy. Her goal is to empower women to trust their own natural abilities and to harness their inner strength when giving birth. Roda is a member of the Somali Health Board Perinatal Committee and the first Somali-speaking women's health provider in Seattle.

Care Philosophy: Jenna Noelke, CNM, provides individualized, full-spectrum midwifery care across the lifespan. Prior to becoming a midwife, Jenna was a birth doula and childbirth educator for over 10 years. She draws from these experiences to enhance her clinical skills as a midwife. Jenna strives to bring kindness and compassion to every interaction so patients feel seen, heard and fully supported. She loves getting to know her patients as individuals so she can offer the tailored care they are seeking. Care Philosophy: Molly Carroll, CNM, provides full-spectrum midwifery care throughout the reproductive lifespan, including gynecology, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care, labor and birth, and menopause care. Her approach is holistic and trauma- informed, focusing on learning about her patient's life experiences and goals, and building a partnership based on trust, understanding and respect. As a midwife, Molly believes pregnancy and birth are normal life processes, and that the way people experience these life events is important. She believes people have the right to make their own decisions about their bodies, and that it is her role to provide a safe care environment, give accurate, stigma-free information, and tailor care to individual needs. Molly is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives. Away from work, Molly enjoys backpacking and gardening.

Care Philosophy: Eva Lwiza, CNM, ARNP, partners with patients to provide midwifery and general womens health care, from adolescence to menopause. Her special medical interests include adolescent health, preventive care, pregnancy and childbirth. Eva emphasizes continuity of care, and partnering with her patients and their families. She believes care should be tailored to each patient at the time of care, based on current best practices. She strives to educate her patients so they may make informed decisions, and to provide care that is guided by the goals her patients set forth. Eva is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, and served as a labor and delivery nurse for more than a decade. Away from work, Eva enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and outdoor activities.

Care Philosophy: Shari Luchino, DNP, CNM, ARNP, provides patient-centered care for women throughout the lifespan. Shari believes in caring for the whole person and works with her patients to develop individual care plans that will serve them best. Shari has many years of nurse midwifery experience, and has dedicated her life's work to the care, protection and support of women and babies. A strong supporter of a woman's desire for the birth she wants, she offers both natural birth and birth with medical pain management.
