He completed his neurology residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Veterans Affairs Hospital of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH where he also completed his fellowship in clinical epilepsy. Biography: Tracy J. Eicher, MD, MSCS graduated form the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Eicher completed a neurology residency at USAF-Wilford Hall Medical Center in 2005.
