Biography: Sylvia Diaz, APRN, FNP-BC, joined CenterWell as an advanced practice registered nurse, board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Diaz earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas-Pan Am as a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee. She received her BSN magna cum laude from Regis University of Colorado and her ASN, Phi Theta Kappa, from the University of Texas at Brownsville, Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Diaz was a family nurse practitioner with UTRGV School of Medicine Clinical Affairs.
