Biography: Lauren Sillaman, FNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2011. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Lauren has been a registered nurse since 2011. She brings her nursing experience in heart and vascular and cardiac rehabilitation to her career as a family nurse practitioner.

Biography: RuthClaros, MD is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH. Dr.Clarosis board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr.Clarosis fluent in Spanish.

Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. She is looking forward to taking care of women in the area and is passionate about providing health care to all generations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

Biography: Audrey Bateman, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Audrey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Sinclair Community College. Audrey is certified as a nurse practitioner.

Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Crouch joined Women's Health Specialist and Midwives of Dayton in 2010.

Biography: Melissa Burkhardt, CNM, MSN earned a BS in Nursing at Wright State University, as well as a certificate in Midwifery and a Master's Degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. "Missy" has worked in labor and delivery since 2005, and joined our practice in 2011. She enjoys supporting women of all ages and has a passion for empowering women during childbirth. Melissa is accepting new patients. She is now trained and certified in Nexplanon insertion.

Biography: Pamela M. Madden, CNM earned a midwifery certificate in 1999 from the Institute of Midwifery, Women and Health in Philadelphia. The following year, she earned her master's degree in midwifery from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.

Biography: Charissa Newton, DNP, CNM earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2007, and Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2016. Prior to joining the Center for Women's Health and Wellness, she served as a registered nurse in labor and delivery at Atrium Medical Center. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Fetal Monitoring.

Biography: Yangshu Linda Pan, MD is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH. She completed her gynecology and obstetrics residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD where she served as the Equity Chief Resident.

Biography: In 2003, William J. Rush, MD earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He then completed his OB/GYN residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville in 2007.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in 2008. Lauren believes every woman should be given education and the support to be an active participant in their care.

Biography: Elyse Weber, PA graduated from Kettering College in 2014 with her Masters of Physician Assistant studies. Elyse received her Bachelor of Health and Sports Science in Exercise Physiology form the University of Dayton in 2011.

Biography: Andrea Carr, CNM received her Master of Science in Nursing-Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in 2016. Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2011.

Care Philosophy: My mission has always been to provide women with a listening ear. Communication is key. I believe that the medical history is important in establishing a plan of care and helps to direct the provider to ordering appropriate diagnostics. I attempt to treat those that I interact with in the same manner that I would want to be treated. I thoroughly enjoy my profession and I hope that I am able to transmit this enthusiasm the majority of the time.
