Biography: I enjoy my work as an optometrist and love taking the time to talk with people about their eye health. One of my favorite parts of optometry is patient education because it gives me the opportunity to help my patients become more active and engaged in their health care.

Biography: As an optometrist, my professional goal is to provide high energy, comprehensive eye care with an empathetic mindset. I care for all ages but have spent extensive time with patients suffering from ocular diseases including macular degeneration, glaucoma and corneal disease. This passion is clear in my personal goal of fostering eye care internationally by volunteering my optometric skill set.

Biography: My top priorities when it comes to patient care are to ensure that my patients feel heard and understand what is going on, and that treatment decisions are mutually made even with my little patients. I enjoy working with patients of all age groups, but I find a lot of joy in working with the pediatric population. I really appreciate the positivity and energy they bring to the exam room. My interests also extend to managing an array of ocular diseases and conditions. I came into optometry with the intention of returning to my community and putting my knowledge toward the service of others. My drive is to help others by educating them, providing preventive care and referring them to resources based on their individual needs.
