Biography: Samik Banerjee, MD, an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery, is part of Einstein Healthcare Network's Department of Orthopedics and Total Joints Surgery. Dr. Banerjee received his medical degree and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Calcutta, India. In the United States, he completed a 5-year accredited orthopaedic residency at Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY. He subsequently completed the Pelvic and Lower Extremity (Adult Reconstruction) Fellowship at Rothman Institute, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. He underwent orthopedic training in United Kingdom, and in Singapore, where he did the Tan Sri Rumne orthopaedic trauma fellowship at the National University Hospital. His surgical interests include direct anterior approach in total hip arthroplasty, and complex and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. Dr. Banerjee is currently board eligible and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. Dr. Banerjee sees patients at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.

Biography: Dr. Andrew Beaver is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgery with specialized training in the area of sports medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Beaver has served as a team physician for many high school programs and professional teams, including the Philadelphia Wings. Among his affiliations, Dr. Beaver is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Beaver received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Einstein Medical Center and fellowship trained in sports medicine at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Prior to joining Einstein, Dr. Beaver was an Attending Physician at the Cooper Bone & Joint Institute. Dr. Beaver is currently seeing patients at Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park and Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.

Biography: Chris Williamson, MD, specializes in hand, wrist and elbow surgery – including ``wide awake`` hand surgery – treating traumatic and sports-related injuries. He has a focus on nerve and tendon surgery, treating patients for fracture care, carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, trigger fingers, tennis and golfers elbow, as well as other forms of tendinitis. Prior to joining Einstein, Dr. Williamson earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, followed by an Upper Extremity Fellowship at the Rothman Institute. He has lectured regionally and nationally, authored multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters and is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association for Hand Surgery and the Philadelphia Orthopedic Society. Dr. Williamson is seeing patients at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and Einstein Healthcare Network King of Prussia.
