Biography: Sanford M. Wolfe, DO, graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency in internal medicine at the U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Wolfe completed his fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. Dr. Wolfe has practiced rheumatology since 1986. Dr. Wolfe is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons andthe American Association for Hand Surgery. Biography: Catarina Gulledge, MD is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Gulledge completed a hand surgery fellowship at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Gulledge is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Gulledge performs hand surgery at Hand and Reconstructive Surgeons and Associates. She is accepting new patients.

Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. In 2007, Dr. Klosterman was selected as the Collegiate Team Physician of the Year by the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Biography: John Powell, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Powell has served as Commander/Orthopaedic Surgeon with the 655th Forward Surgical Team, Forward Operating Base Ghazni, Afghanistan, and was the Orthopaedic Surgery Flight Commander, 88th Medical Group, Wright Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Powell specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Biography: Jeffrey Rayborn, MD is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice and his fellowship in Sports Medicine at Bethesda North Hospital. Dr. Rayborn joined Premier Orthopedics in 2009. Dr. Rayborn's practice focuses on non-operative orthopaedic care for adolescents and adults, and primary care sports medicine. Dr. Rayborn also employs the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the evaluation of orthopaedic conditions, as well as in the placement of needles to support the aspiration or injection of joints such as the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. The use of musculoskeletal ultrasound has been shown to enhance patient management and outcomes in both general orthopaedic and sports medicine populations. Dr. Rayborn also offers Platelet Rich Plasma Injections (PRP) when medically appropriate. Dr. Rayborn is actively engaged in the sports medicine community. He currently serves as the Medical Director for Upper Valley Sports Medicine Center and is also the team physician at Tipp City High School. Dr. Rayborn is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Biography: Polina Sadikov MD, is a graduate of 1st Medical School in the USSR. She completed her residency in family medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Sadikov is board certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.
