Biography: Dr. Butler earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his residency in the Lincoln Family Practice Program. He is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Dr. Ismail earned his medical degree from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Ismail was part of the Internal Medicine faculty at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is accredited by the NCQA (National Committee of Quality Assurance) and is a Level III Medical Home Provider. Dr. Ismail is board certified in internal medicine.Dr. Ismail focuses on all aspects of Internal Medicine and is a strong advocate for preventive medicine and community well being. He has volunteered in some of the remote areas of South Africa and Asia. In his spare time, aside from home improvement projects, he enjoys road trips with his family. His goal is to travel all 50 states by car.

Biography: Dr. Church earned her medical degree, a Doctor of Osteopathy, at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. Dr Church is a member of the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society. A Doctor of Osteopathy completes the same medical training as a physician with an M.D. degree, but has undergone extra training in diagnosing illness and injury and encouraging the body to heal itself through osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach to preventive medicine.
