Biography: Dr. Liberman specializes in orthopedics of the hand and upper extremity. Her clinical expertise is in injection therapies, minimally invasive endoscopic and arthroscopic procedures, and nonsurgical treatments of the hand, wrist and elbow. Dr. Liberman received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. She then completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and a fellowship in hand surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine in Redwood City, Calif. Dr. Liberman is the assistant program director for the Houston Methodist Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program. She is also a consulting physician for the Houston Ballet and Rice Athletics.

Biography: Dr. Luo is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a certificate of additional qualification in hand and upper extremity surgery. He was a Rice/Baylor medical scholar and has both an MD and an MBA degree. He is faculty for both Baylor College of Medicine's hand surgery fellowship and faculty for Texas Education and Research Foundation for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Fellowship.

Biography: Omar Dimachkieh, MD, is a fellowship-trained board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in surgery of the hand and upper extremity. Dr. Dimachkieh specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery with an emphasis on disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow. His expertise includes the latest and most advanced techniques for minimally invasive surgery and reconstructive treatments, as well as nonsurgical management and rehabilitation. Born in a Texas Medical Center hospital, Dr. Dimachkieh is a life-long Houstonian. He attended Rice University on an academic scholarship before completing both medical school and orthopedic surgery residency at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine. He finished his training with a fellowship in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, which included extensive microsurgical training, at the University of Colorado. Dr. Dimachkieh is proud to serve his community, caring for patients from all walks of life, and he believes in treating his patients as if they were his own family.

Biography: Dr. Idris Gharbaoui, MD is a Hand Surgery Specialist who practices in Houston, TX. He is 64 years old and has been practicing for 38 years. Dr. Idris Gharbaoui, MD is affiliated with Texas Orthopedic Hospital.

Biography: Tomiko Fukuda, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon specializing and foot and ankle surgery. Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Fukuda graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She worked in Wisconsin for International Paper as a Chemical Engineer for 3 years before changing her path to medicine. She received her Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Fukuda went on to complete her Surgical Internship and her Orthopedic Surgery Residency at McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. She completed a Fellowship Training Program in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Foundation for Orthopaedic, Athletic, and Reconstructive Research in Houston, Texas.Dr. Fukuda has many honors and awards to her credit, including the Walter P. Blount Award for Orthopedics, given by the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She received the Janet M. Glascow Memorial Citizen for Scholastic Achievement Award by the American Medical Women's Association, and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor's Society. Dr. Fukuda has authored several publications and given presentations in her career, including "Impact of Talar Component Rotation on Contact Pressure after Total Ankle Arthroplasty: A Cadaveric Study" presented at the 75th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in San Francisco, California, in March 2008.Dr. Fukuda is a member of the following professional societies: - Alpha Omega-Alpha Honor's Society Active Member- American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Active Member- American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons FellowIn addition to her Texas medical license, Dr. Fukuda is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
