Biography: James E. de Caestecker, DO, FACS is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Health Sciences College of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Medical Center of Central Massachusetts, The Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. de Caestecker is certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He has a special interest in colon, rectal, and GERD/reflux surgery. He has been associated with Gem City Surgical Associates since 2002.

Biography: Susan Collins, MD is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH. She completed her general surgery residency at the University of Central Florida/HCA Consortium in Ocala, FL. Dr. Collins completed a surgical critical care fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX.
