Biography: Vladimir Lokshin, MD, is an endocrinologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens. He specializes in treating patients with conditions such as diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, thyroid disorders, pituitary gland disorders, and adrenal insufficiency. Dr. Lokshin is board certified in internal medicine. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. He has presented his research at medical conferences and symposiums and has been published in the medical journal of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and Journal of Endocrine Society. After graduating from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Dr. Lokshin remained at Downstate Medical Center to complete his internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship. Please note that Dr. Lokshin only sees obesity medicine patients at the 186-03 Union Turnpike location and all other endocrinology conditions are seen at the 174-15 Horace Harding location.
