Care Philosophy: I provide care for young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), substance abuse, and schizophreniform disorders.

Care Philosophy: The wholistic process, for me, includes working with the person to understand and target their mental health concerns from a biological, psychological, and social perspective understanding that there are many things that affect a person's mental health that medication alone may not address. As a result, I incorporate skills, methods, and theories from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy into each person's care.

Care Philosophy: I have a particular interest in treating individuals dealing with post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, adolescent and teen issues, and more. I am dedicated to supporting each clients unique path toward mental well-being and overall health.
