Care Philosophy: Prior to becoming a PMHNP, I worked in an inpatient setting with a range of all ages but primarily with children and adolescents with behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going on walks, reading books, and making a variety of coffee drinks.

Care Philosophy: I have a particular interest in treating individuals dealing with post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, adolescent and teen issues, and more. I am dedicated to supporting each clients unique path toward mental well-being and overall health.
