Biography: Dr. Isabel Puri has a special interest in all trauma-related issues and the effects of trauma on the whole body. She focuses on helping the mind, body, heart, and soul reintegrate and heal, growing and evolving further towards optimal health and well-being. Dr. Puri has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings with an increasing interest in holistic and integrative psychiatry. She was born in London, England and grew up in New Delhi, India. Dr. Puri’s hobbies include communing with nature, educating herself by reading about complementary medicine, running, spirituality, and walking.

Biography: Dr. Robert Winston has over 40 years of experience in the mental health field. He is a clinical faculty member at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine, and volunteers as a clinical supervisor for psychiatric resident trainees at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
