Care Philosophy: I am a therapist dedicated to helping adolescents, individuals, and couples work through challenges, life transitions, grief and experiences in life. I utilize Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help meet the needs of my patients. It is my goal to help my patients navigate their personal growth during their journey. When I'm not at work I spend time with family, friends, roller skating, and art.

Care Philosophy: I was born and raised in Athens, GA, and love this area. I married my high school sweetheart in 2001, and we are currently raising our 3 children in Watkinsville. We enjoy spending time outdoors and camping. Go Dawgs!
