Biography: A board-certified, award-winning OB/GYN specialist, Dr. Neda Hashemi offers her compassion and experience to members of the Reston, Virginia, community at Reston Women's Center.Dr. Hashemi received her Bachelor of Science from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and attended the Medical College of Virginia, where she received a Master of Science in Physiology and Endocrinology.After earning her medical degree at the same university, she pursued the field of OB/GYN during her residency with some of the most renowned surgeons at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore.The recipient of numerous accolades, including multiple scientific research awards, Dr. Hashemi has been voted the best teaching resident-physician in her field. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is the director of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.Dr. Hashemi enjoys being a member of the local community and volunteers in underprivileged communities in Virginia. A married mother of two children, she is fluent in English and Farsi and intermediate in Spanish.Dedicated to meeting the needs of her patients, Dr. Hashemi works late on Wednesdays to accommodate working parents and every other Saturdays for patients who find it difficult to visit the office during the week.

Biography: Telehealth visits are available.Dr. Espinosa received his medical education at Universidad Central del Este in Dominican Republic, and completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine affiliated Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York were he was OB/GYN Administrator Chief Resident and awarded Resident of the Year in 1998. Prior to joining Dominion Women’s Health, Dr. Espinosa served as an attending physician at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and as private practitioner in New York City. Dr. Espinosa is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, also been named a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist. He is a member of the Richmond Medical Society, Dominican Medical Society, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopist, and Richmond Obstetrical & Gynecological Society. Dr. Espinosa is fluent in Spanish and English.
