Her areas of expertise include general internal medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, women's health, cardiology and treatment of anxiety and depression. A concierge medicine physician, Dr. Bailey loves meeting new people and building strong bonds with her patients. She does this by finding common connections, and ensuring that her patients feel listened to, understood and cared for. Achieving positive outcomes for formerly ill patients and getting them back to their lives makes her feel wonderful.When not busy practicing medicine, Dr. Bailey enjoys hiking, skiing and gardening.

Care Philosophy: Jennifer Sweet, DO, is a family medicine physician who provides primary care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on a holistic approach that integrates prevention, osteopathic manipulation and nutrition. Dr. Sweet's goal is to educate patients on lifestyle choices that can promote good health and prevent future problems. She also treats both acute and chronic conditions, educating patients on available treatment options so they can make informed health care decisions. Treatment may include osteopathic manipulation for a variety of complaints, including headaches, neck and back pain, muscle spasms and strains, and constipation. She is dedicated to establishing long-term relationships with whole families and partnering with her patients to improve the quality of their lives. Dr. Wilke was the chief resident at Southwest Washington Medical Center. There, she also served on the Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology committees. Dr. Wilke is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Washington Academy of Family Physicians. During her free time, Dr. Wilke enjoys gardening, hiking and kayaking.
