Biography: Jason Connelly, MD, chose family medicine because it gave him the opportunity to treat multiple conditions while caring for the whole patient. His passion is managing patient health along the continuum of care with a focus on health behaviors and chronic disease management. Dr. Connelly is a native of western Rowan County, and enjoys woodworking, racquetball and riding dirt bikes. He is married and has two sons.
