Care Philosophy: Dr Clay McDonough treats male and female incontinence, urethral stricture disease, overactive bladder, and other urological conditions, including vaginal prolapse and neurogenic bladder. He specializes in reconstructive urology, with expertise in the placement of male slings, artificial sphincters, penile prostheses, and sacral neuromodulators. His research interests include the use of biologic materials to reduce the risk of stricture recurrence after surgery. Dr McDonough is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Urology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Biography: Dr. Doshi studied medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. John's Episcopal Hospital. Dr. Doshi obtained further training with a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at The Center for Women's Care and Reproductive Surgery in Atlanta. Dr. Doshi's subspecialties include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
