Biography: Andrew Diller, MD is a native of the Dayton area and completed his undergraduate and medical school education at Wright State University. After finishing residency training in family medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, he completed an additional year of fellowship training in geriatrics at Miami Valley Hospital.

Biography: Patrick A. Larreategui, DO, FACOS is a board certified, general surgeon who received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, East Lansing, MI. He completed his general surgery residency at Botsford General Hospital, Farmington Hills, MI. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 2003. Dr. Larreategui has been a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons since 2006. He is active on several committees at Upper Valley Medical Center and has served in several positions; 2nd Vice President of Medical Staff (2016), Chair of Credentialing Committee (2015), Surgery Department Chair 2013-2015.

Biography: Daniel Elshoff, MD joined Premier Physician Network/Upper Valley Medical Center in 1999. A graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine with a specialty in Family Medicine, Dr. Elshoff completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Ohio State Medical Association and has his Ohio Medical license.

Biography: Pradip Vyas, MD is a graduate of SMT NHL Municipal Medical College in Gujarat, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Vyas has been a primary care physician for more than 35 years.

Biography: Daniel S. Taylor, MD, FACS is a board certified, general surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH. He completed his surgical residency at the hospitals affiliated with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dayton, OH. During his training, Dr. Taylor was Chief Surgical Resident. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 1999 and Premier Physician Network in 2006. Dr. Taylor serves on several committees at Upper Valley Medical Center and Surgery Department Chair (2016). He has been a fellow with the American College of Surgeons since 2002. Currently, Dr. Taylor is assistant clinical professor of surgery at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.
