Care Philosophy: David Roshal, D.O., D.ABPN, is a board-certified and published Neurologist with sub-specialty certification in Clinical Neurophysiology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Dr. Roshal specializes in hospital-based Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology at Kennedy University Hospital in Washington Township, NJ. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine/Neurology at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Roshal completed his neurological training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and completed a one-year sub-specialty Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine. He has a special interest in stroke, neuromuscular diseases, and neuroelectrodiagnostics (e.g., EEG).

Biography: Dr. Bisangwa completed medical school at State University of New York Upstate Medical College. He then completed his neurology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital prior to entering general neurology practice with Jefferson Health New Jersey. He is interested in diverse neurological disorders including headaches, dementia, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and stroke, among others.
