Care Philosophy: Dr. Krohn™s approach to care is centered around having clear communication and understanding with each visit. He values building strong relationships with his patients so they feel comfortable coming to their office visits. He wants his patients to look forward to their visits and not look at them as something they have to get done. He has special interest in orthopedics and completed a sports medicine fellowship through the University of Minnesota. Young athletes striving to improve themselves or recover from injuries, as well as aging athletes looking to stay in the game will find Dr. Krohn™s sports medicine and orthopedic knowledge and experience very useful. He enjoys caring for children and adults of all ages. He has four active school-aged children, which helps give him a good blend of medical and practical experience with kids. He also manages chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and COPD.

Biography: I practice general family medicine and care for all members of the family. I enjoy getting to know the whole family during office visits. An office visit could involve a routine checkup, managing chronic conditions or evaluating and treating an acute care need, but at each visit I strive to get to know my patients a little better. I also strive to explain what is going on with patients' health and provide multiple options for treatments (if needed) so they can make the most informed choices for their care.
