Biography: Dr. MacLeod has a passion for working with her patients to help them achieve optimal health. She enjoys listening and truly getting to know each of her patients as unique individuals.Dr. MacLeod earned a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas for her medical degree, where she received membership to the AOA medical society, which recognizes the top 10% of graduating medical students. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and served as administrative chief resident.Dr. Jessica MacLeod feels privileged to offer care across a woman's life span, including prenatal care and deliveries, vaginal and vulvar problems, surgery and post-menopausal disorders. She is particularly interested in minimally invasive robotic gynecologic surgery to minimize healing time for optimal outcomes.Dr. MacLeod is an Austin native who knows what it is like to be a working mother. She enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities this city has to offer while spending time with her young family.

Biography: Along with his busy urology practice at our Round Rock #1 location, Grady Bruce serves as the Medical Director for the Round Rock Center for Continence. He is also a clinical assistant professor at the UT Dell School or Medicine, and served as preceptor for Ob-Gyn residency Urogynecology rotation from 2007 – 2017. Dr. Bruce serves as a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Urology Austin, and is an active participant in many local, regional, and national physician societies. These societies include: the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS), Society for Urodynamics and Female Urogenital reconstruction (SUFU), and Health Talents International – a Urogynecology/Pelvic Surgery mission team to Guatemala. Dr. Bruce has a special interest in female urology and incontinence, and has the distinction of being Board Certified in both Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), as well as General Urology. During his medical training, Grady Bruce was awarded the Pfizer Scholars in Urology Award while in residency at the University of Kentucky, and won numerous other awards for abstract presentations. Dr. Bruce then completed fellowship training in FPMRS, Voiding Dysfunction, and Incontinence at Emory University School of Medicine and the Emory Continence Center. Dr. Bruce has been recognized as a ``Top Doctor`` under the category of Urology in the January 2019 edition of Austin Monthly Magazine. He also received this designation in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. In addition, he has been named a 'Super Doctor' by Texas Monthly Magazine 13 times – from 2005 to 2018. Presently, the focus of Dr. Bruce's practice is voiding dysfunction, urinary incontinence, female urology, pelvic organ prolapse, male voiding dysfunction, neurogenic bladder, complex male neurogenic voiding dysfunction, and reconstructive surgery. Biography: Dr. Carl Bischoff is a graduate of Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Bischoff completed his Urology residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and his Urologic Oncology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Bischoff practices general urology with a focus on urologic oncology. He has a special interest in robotic and laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of urologic cancers as well as reconstructive surgery. Dr. Bischoff has been chosen to train on the daVinci SP Surgical System – a state-of-the-art robotic system that reduces surgical access to one incision, while allowing 360 degree maneuverability and an expanded range of surgical instruments. Carl Bischoff serves as the Chief of robotic surgery at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center and Arise Austin Medical center. He enjoys living in Austin with his wife, Emily, and their four children, Emma Claire, Annaliese, Madeline, and Wyatt. Dr. Bischoff has been recognized as a ``Top Doctor`` under the category of Urology in the January 2019 edition of Austin Monthly Magazine.
