She is an Associate Clinical Professor of Urology at the University of Washington and serves as Associate Program Director of the FPMRS fellowship at Virginia Mason. Dr. Lee is President-Elect and Women's Health Chair of the Washington State Urology Society. She is a member-at-large of the Society for Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine, and Urogenital Reconstruction (SUFU), and serves on an American Urological Association guidelines committee._x000D_ Dr. Lee serves as lead investigator in collaborative patient engagement work on amplifying women's voices in stress urinary incontinence surgery research prioritization. Biography: Otto Lin, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who specializes in colonoscopy. Other areas of expertise include inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis B and C, gastroesophageal reflux disease and peptic ulcer disease. He is also active in outcomes research, particularly as it relates to colon cancer screening.Dr. Lin finds it highly rewarding to follow patients over time. He believes that a positive physician-patient relationship can promote healing.Dr. Lin is the medical director of Quality Improvement for the Digestive Disease Institute at Virginia Mason, a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Washington and a consultant for the Radiological Devices Panel at the FDA. He is also the recipient of several awards including the Franklin Ebaugh Award for Outstanding Research (Stanford Hospital), Glaxo Institute of Digestive Health Resource Award, Cabot Prize (Harvard Medical School) and Clinical Research Award (Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason).

Biography: Timothy Zisman, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist with specialty interest in inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and celiac disease. _x000D_ Dr. Zisman practices shared decision-making, partnering with patients to understand their condition in the context of their life circumstances and, together, developing an individualized plan of care that allows each patient to achieve the health outcomes most important to them. _x000D_ Dr. Zisman is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association; American College of Gastroenterology; American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy; and Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America Chapter Medical Advisory Committee.
