He received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, California.He completed his Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, as part of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) post-graduate medical training program in Internal Medicine.
