Biography: Courtney E. Barrett, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Duke University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2010. Courtney is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. She brought two years' experience as a neuroscience nurse to her career as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Biography: Andrew Toller, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree from Wright State University and Master of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Findlay. Mr. Toller is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Ohio Physician Assistants Association (OAPA), and the University of Findlay Physician Assistant Student Society (PASS). Biography: Jessica Denlinger, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2019. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in Athens, OH in 2016 and her Associates of Science Degree in Nursing from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, OH in 2008. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2008. Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. Dr. Gendler is currently a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She holds medical licenses in Ohio and California.

Biography: Misty Manuel, APRN-CNP, AGNP-C received her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology, from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH in 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio in 2013 and her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2007. Misty is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurses Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2007. She brought 12 years of experience as an intensive care nurse to her career as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Salva Ahmed, MD is a graduate of Akron University and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Ahmed is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians.

Biography: Elizabeth Baumann received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Ohio University (OU) in Athens, OH in December 2018. She has worked in the Neurology field since graduating in 2018. Elizabeth particularly enjoys working with the Parkinson's disease, Dementia, and headache disorders. Elizabeth is currently attending OU to obtain Post-Graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certificate with an expected graduation date of April 2023. She is certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Previously, Elizabeth earned her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH in 2009 and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from OU. Elizabeth has worked in a variety of units including step down intensive care, telemetry, and emergency department. When Elizabeth is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children.

Biography: Tracy J. Eicher, MD, MSCS graduated form the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Eicher completed a neurology residency at USAF-Wilford Hall Medical Center in 2005. Dr. Eicher's specialty areas include multiple sclerosis, general neurology, Botox injections and occipital nerve blocks. Dr. Eicher is board certified in neurology. She is also a MS certified specialists by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers.

Biography: Leelmohan Ravikumar, MD graduated from Ross University School of Medicine, North Brunswick, New Jersey in 2009. Dr. Ravikumar completed his residency in family medicine at Clinton Memorial Hospital/University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2013. Dr. Ravikumar is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Ravikumar is accepting new patients, including pediatrics.
