Biography: Sai Sridhar Malireddy, MD, MPH, treats cancer patients at Hematology/Oncology Associates at Willis-Knighton Cancer Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. His special interests include treating solid tumors such as breast cancer, colon cancer or lung cancer, along with blood disorders. He is board certified in internal medicine (American Board of Internal Medicine) and hematology (American Society of Hematology). A native of India, Dr. Malireddy graduated from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar, in Karnataka, India. His education continued at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he earned his Master of Public Health (MPH). Clinical training for Dr. Malireddy was completed with an internal medicine residency at Baton Rouge General Hospital and a hematology/oncology fellowship at LSUHSC-Shreveport School of Medicine. Caring for each patient like a member of his own family, Dr. Malireddy takes time to educate you about your medical condition and treatment options, with ultimate respect for your personal treatment decisions. Dr. Malireddy unwinds traveling and watching movies with his own family in Shreveport and Dallas.

Biography: A New Orleans native, Dr. Castine moved to Baton Rouge in 1999. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and post-graduate training from the Comprehensive Cancer Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Castine's practice centers around the treatment of all cancer diagnoses, as well as, the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the blood such as anemias and clotting disorders.In addition to practicing medicine, he has volunteered time in the community as the president of the Louisiana Oncology Society for three years. He also served on various local hospital committees and has been a member of several local social and charitable organizations. Dr. Castine is married with three children and enjoys traveling with his family. Most of his hobbies center around family with travel and sports, including fishing, skiing, soccer and hunting.
