Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. She is looking forward to taking care of women in the area and is passionate about providing health care to all generations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Crouch joined Women's Health Specialist and Midwives of Dayton in 2010.

Biography: Ravindra Mullapudi, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in family practice at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland. Biography: Annadorai Kalahasthy, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Kalahasthy is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in preventative care, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, and chronic disease. Dr. Kalahasthy has been with Huber Heights Family Care since 2000.

Biography: Amy Jones, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Cincinnati. Dr. Jones is certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has been with Premier Health Pediatrics -Huber Heights since 2003.

Biography: Joel Wehrmeyer, MD earned his medical degree from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency from St. Louis Children's Hospital. Dr. Wehrmeyer is certified in pediatrics and has been practicing in southwest Ohio since 2006 and joined Premier Health Pediatrics -Huber Heights in 2009.

Biography: David Mesker, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Mesker is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor received other numerous honors and awards during her medical school and undergraduate education. She joined the Premier Physician Network, The Pediatric Group in 2003.

Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. She provides personalized, patient-centered treatment for a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, depression, anxiety, thyroid disorders, obesity, asthma, COPD, and menopause. Biography: Dr. Agarwal is a graduate of Jiwaji University in Madhya Pradesh, India. She completed residencies in pathology and internalmedicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Wright State University. Dr. Agarwal is board certified in internalmedicine. She has more than 20 years of experience as a family practitioner.

Biography: Keshia N. Torres-Shafer, MD graduated from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She also received a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Wright State University. During her residency she was awarded the Wright State University Departmentof ObGyn Excellence in Research Award, the Five Rivers Women's Health Center Clinic Resident award, and was selected for the Miami Valley Hospital Resident Wall of Excellence. Dr. Torres-Shafer specializes in obgyn and has a special interest in high risk obstetrics. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Torres-Shafer is certified in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and isa member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
